Wonderful if you travel and use more than one office. Some learning curve, so hopefully you can have an experienced local user help you. Has an anterior segment attachment. Not returnable unless it doesn't work, but that won't be the case.

I have had no issues since I got it, 2 years ago. Camera downloads pictures into a computer in exam room, so you can show patient on monitor and discuss.
