Up for sale are used US Military Medical Instrument and Supply Set Chest Inserts. The aluminum chest is not included. This sale is for the insert that went inside the medical chest. They are used and will have writing, scratches, dents, dings, chipped paint, paint fading, etc. Did I mention that these are used.

There are a variety of manufacturers. All plastic bins are intact and in good condition. The inserts external dimensions are 31" x 18" x 11.
