This was an estate sale find so I don't know it's history, but I did test it. Upon starting it runs very quiet, builds pressure fairly quickly to aprox. 120psi, where the motor stops, and holds pressure I left it for 30 min.
With no noticable loss in pressure. I released pressure, and at about 80psi, the motor restarted and again built pressure to aprox 120psi. In short, it functions as it should. Also, it is missing one of the plastic feet, see pic #1 rt hand side. It really should be changed, since there is no way to determine how many hours are on it.
