Harvest Right Freeze Dryer Stainless Standard Size Low Shipping
A used harvest right freeze dryer. It is a stainless steel standard size version a couple of years old. This has the side knobs to set the freeze time and dry time instead of the touch screen the current machines have.
The way the machine is built should have long life with it, as it is a refrigeration system with a vacuum pump. There are no missing parts or anything worn, very much high quality. Stainless steel is easy to clean.
Harvest Right has cheaper models available which are smaller or painted, but these are different than the Stainless Steel version and smaller in size than a standard size. The larger size you get, the more efficient your are making batches of freeze dried food. It takes about 24-48 hours to freeze dry so doing more at once is more efficient.
