Fully functional, mounts on your loupes (telescopes). Suitable for dental and surgical wear. No cracks, only very very minor scratches from usual wear.

PLEASE NOTE: I received many questions about whether the battery holds charge. I cannot guarantee that the battery works as advertised by the company (5-6 hours), but it certainly lasted me at least 4 hours. Often I would not have to recharge it after a lighter day of hygiene. Based on another questions I have received, loupes are not included.
