Automatic face mask filter PPE manufacturing making machine equipment

Fully Automated High efficiency N-95 style Face Mask Production Machine. Used for very low volume production, awarded Governor's Citation in Maryland for mask donations locally. Used for less than a month as part of large mask donation project.

Machine consists of tension correcting/material monitoring rollers for Material (Polypropylene polymer shell and melt blown cloth filter). The machine monitors production throughout to ensure proper production. Nose wire bands are attached between the layers and secured through an ultrasonic weld.

Ear loops are attached through the same ultrasonic welding process, which then leads to mask folding, final welding and mold cutting of the product. Machine is fully functional and instructions on operation can be found through the factory's youtube channel. In addition, we can offer material for production of 600,000 masks at below market price.

This includes, polypropylene, melt blown fabric, nose wire and ear loops string.
