5A Laser Diode Driver with Fast Analog Modulation. Operates from a 5V DC supply. Separate power supply can be used to drive high-compliance lasers up to 28 V. Slow Start Laser Diode Protection.

Constant Current or Constant Power Mode. Up to 5A CW laser diode current. Remote enable / disable input. Onboard setpoint and limit controls. These are great little laser diode drivers with all the features of a professional driver to protect your expensive laser.

These have built-in 20-turn current limit and output current pots so they only need 1 or 2 external components to set up. These have a current monitor pin and will work in constant power mode with laser diodes that include a photodiode.

These can be analog or TTL modulated at up to 150KHz. Power a single diode with just a 5V power supply.

Power several diodes in series with a second power source up to 30V. Note that these do not have a fan and finned heat sink like shown on the web site and will need to be attached to a larger heat sink for long term operation at higher currents.
