Up for sale is a high quality medical stethoscope that has never been used. It has been in its original box (opened) ever since, but has not been used.

The maker is 3M and the model is Littmann Cardiology III. In addition, the box gives the model number of 3128. Patented dual frequency range diaphragms. All of the following are included in this sale. Stethoscope with a pair of 2 black earpieces and standard size diaphragm and bell installed. A clear plastic box containing another pair (2) of black earpieces and also 1 gray earpiece.

NOTE: There were originally 2 gray earpieces, i. A small zip-lock plastic bag with the pediatric diaphragm and bell. A user's manual with 71 pages. NOTE: The text is repeated in multiple languages, including English, French, German, Italian,ish, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Portuguese, and Greek.

A foldout booklet introducing all of the 3M Littmann Stethoscope models. This contains a "Special Offer for Students". After mailing in a postcard with the box label, 3M would send a CD with heart sounds and a study guide, an extra set of eartips, and an engraveable ID tag. NOTE: I have no idea whether this offer is still valid. I mention this offer out of completeness.
