This item was fully functional and used every day until July 21st of 2015 when the dentist who used it died suddenly. The unit has been sitting untouched since then.

There are no blemishes on the casing, the unit looks brand new. However, it seems like the batteries may need replacing, I'm not sure. I have included a price quote for two batteries in the pictures just in case you need new batteries. MODEL #: NOMAD Pro 2.
